How to Cancel Your Indian AI Guru Subscription
You can cancel your subscription (autopay mandate) anytime directly from your UPI app — no need to contact us. Cancellation must be done before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.
Follow these simple steps in your UPI app:
1. Google Pay (GPay) – Cancel Autopay
- Open Google Pay
- Tap your Profile icon (top right)
- Go to Payments > Autopay
- Tap Active Mandates
- Select Indian AI Guru (or the merchant name shown)
- Tap Cancel Mandate
- Enter your UPI PIN to confirm → Mandate Cancelled – no more charges!
2. PhonePe – Cancel Autopay
- Open PhonePe app
- Tap your Profile icon
- Go to Autopay Mandates or Payments Settings
- Tap View Active Mandates
- Select Indian AI Guru
- Tap Cancel Autopay
- Enter your UPI PIN → Autopay Cancelled successfully!
3. Paytm – Cancel Autopay
- Open Paytm app
- Tap Profile / Account section
- Go to UPI & Payment Settings
- Select Autopay / Mandates
- Tap Active Mandates
- Choose Indian AI Guru
- Tap Cancel Mandate
- Enter your UPI PIN → Mandate Cancelled!
Important Notes
- Autopay cancellation is managed entirely by your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) — Indian AI Guru does not control or access your mandate settings.
- Cancel before the next auto-debit date to stop future charges.
- If a charge has already been processed, refer to our Refund Policy for any applicable refund requests.
- After cancellation, your access to courses continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- No further deductions will happen once the mandate is cancelled.
