Indian AI Guru (www.indianaiguru.com) offers Online Courses and Subscription-Based access to Educational Content. Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.
1. General Refund Rules
- All sales of Courses and Subscriptions are Final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable Indian law.
- Digital Products (Courses, Videos, Materials, Access to Content) are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once access is granted, refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction or non-usage.
2. Trial Period (Rs 1 for 1 Day)
- The Rs 1 trial is a non-refundable one-time payment that activates a 1-day trial access period.- The trial fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
3. Recurring Subscription (Rs 399/month)
- Subscriptions are billed automatically every month after the trial period ends.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
- If you cancel during the trial period (before the first Rs 399 charge), no further charges will apply, but the Rs 1 trial fee remains non-refundable.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered (Exceptional Cases)
We may offer a refund only in the following rare situations:
- Technical failure on our end preventing access to paid content for more than 48 hours after payment (and we are unable to resolve it).
- Duplicate accidental payment for the same subscription (proof required).
- Legal requirement under Indian consumer protection laws (Consumer Protection Act, 2019).
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date via email to:

- Full name
- Email used for purchase
- Order/Transaction ID
- Date of payment
- Reason for refund
- Proof of payment (screenshot/receipt)
We will review requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay (usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).
5. No Refunds For
- Change of mind after trial or subscription activation
- Non-completion of course or lack of results
- Inability to access due to user-side issues (internet, device, browser etc.)
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions (account sharing, piracy, misuse)
- Partial-month usage
