1. Use of Services
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration or purchase.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Account and Subscription
- All courses and access are provided on a Subscription Basis (monthly recurring).
- Subscription starts with a Rs 1 trial payment for 1 day access.
- After the trial period, the subscription automatically renews at Rs 399 per month unless canceled.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- You authorize automatic recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
- You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
3. Course Access and Usage
- Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the purchased course(s) during your active subscription period.
- You may not:
- Download, record, copy, share, distribute or reproduce course content
- Use the content for commercial purposes
- Share your account login with others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source material
- Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
- No refunds for partial use, dissatisfaction or change of mind after the trial period.
- You may cancel your Subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- Trial period (Rs 1 for 1 day) is non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
- All Course Content, Videos, Materials, Designs, Text, Graphics and Logos are owned by Indian AI Guru or licensed to us.
- Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
6. Third-Party Tools & Content
- Courses may reference or teach use of third-party tools (ChatGPT, Grok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc.).
- We are not Affiliated with, Endorsed by or Responsible for any third-party services. Their availability, terms and policies may change without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee any specific results, income, followers, success or business growth.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indian AI Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indian AI Guru, its Owners, Instructors and Affiliates from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice for violation of these Terms, Fraudulent Activity or any other reason.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
